Also what ed% is magus tiara with 15/xx jewels better than 15/15max jewels? Not sure which one I should go for.

For telebowa pvp side, I learn and follow Ceejay! Talk to him all the time for bettering the pvp spec. He's a great dude. There's many ways to optimize the pvp spec so you just need to start doing it and figure out what works the best.

If you want to do pvp, ED is much better since it makes a significant difference on jav side. You have enough for good jewels. I would get 3 x 1539s if you don't want to spend 1800 to 2k per 4015

Are the few %ed significant difference? Could spend 4k less going for 15/38 than 15/40.

Oh and one more thing, is it worth having 313 sc in inventory over a max dmg charm? Or need 451 for it to be worth it?

313 is totally fine for pvp. Yes. Keep one in inventory.
