yea exactly, thats what i figured. so regardless, to be exact, i still think the number is 36ias or more on griefpb and 20ias gloves will do it

I believe his switch is a foh convict cta and I thought he said he used lifers somewhere

imo fhr is needed only against certain opponents (in my experience, mostly against sins and necros).. in those situations, coa + spirit will get you to 86 fhr combined with the dungos..
