So, fort is definitely better especially offensively. I'm really enjoying the gameplay and selling gold and gamble packs. And of course gambling myself.
Now i want the next upgrade. Is it good to change eth ariocs 4skills/226ed (amn) for ebotd warpike? Rest of setup is eth andy's (ral) and eth forti GH.
I guess eth warpike has more dmg and leech. But it also is slower and has no deadly strike. Is it worth to buy ebotd you think? I can trade the arioc's to get some value but they only go for like 50 fg.
Let me know! :)

You can even get eBOTD Giant Thresher. It works just fine with Andy's too. Both WP and GT hit a relevant breakpoint, with the latter having a smoother damage output & faster attacks, but less "burst" than WP.

I wouldn't call it an upgrade over Arioc's but more of a cool sidegrade. The life leech adds even more sustain.

Had always thought it was better to max gf on merc too and farm nightmare if purely going for max gold asap
Guide looks good if you want to take it a step further put in a gamblers level for your characters your actually gambling on.

Yeah, too late to add that, can't edit anymore.

87 for Coronets, 92 for Circlets
Amulets technically 95 for rares, but 93 if you craft them on a lvl 93 character as well.
Rings iirc started becoming potentially godly at level 74~ (?)

Don't know shit about other gambles, since I don't usually do them :(

These are all the HRs I found at trav over the past few month, only missing zod now. Never thought I would be completing the full hr self found when I started this build

1 ist
3 gul
3 vex
2 ohm
3 Lo
1 ber
1 sur
1 jah
1 cham

I can shoot you some info after i redo alotta maths.
I used to have this stuff written down but i dont anymore.
But if i remember right you want like 3-4 different characters under level 50 at different levels to roll boots/belts/gloves/circs for those GG lld gambles and since your characters should be as low level as possible to get the best possible rolls you can get alot of gambles in since items are cheaper

First and foremost, great detailed guide and discussion on gear choices. I think you've single handedly influenced the economy in terms of supply/demand on some of these niche gf items

That being said, I myself find the playstyle to be..super clunky and micro intensive. In particular, in your videos, having to do some inventory swapping for demon limb/gravel, and then having to repair almost every run. To each their own, but I prefer a more..active, yet brainless/dummyproof trav approach. Just the standard grief WW setup, then switch to dual ali babs for horking.

I know you've mentioned previously that the "active" approach might be comparable or even faster if the timer decreases, which it has now. Any testing/additional thoughts on this since then? For me, time for each run is around 90s, but that's mostly due to a bad habit of picking up way to much crap to id and associated vendoring/inventory (jewels, a lot blues, some rares, gems, lol). The actual time to kill in trav might be 10s. Fill up gold cap around 30-35min, but I suspect this could be much lower if I was more gold-focused.

Here's my setup:

LVL91
20 WW
20 Sword Mastery
20 BO
14 find item (19 after +skills, should prbly max this instead)
7 natural resisitance
6 shout
1 berserk
bunch of 1 pt wonders/prereqs

Gear
Grief PB/broken offhand
swap: dual 2xlem babas
Dual Lem Ik helm
Wilhem belt for dual leech (ideally a crafted ammy or ring has this. have used mav belt previously for the frw, back when I used a different ammy with LL)
2x dstar
Wealth
LoH or Chancies
Rare 30frw/res/79%gf boots
Crafted tele ammy with res/dex/fcr (<-super useful for merc reposition)

Charms:
Gheeds
5x 36-40gf gcs, with a mixture of barb mastery, max dmg/ar, and a 14allres one
torch, anni, misc gf/res scs to fill out resistances.

Merc
non-eth reaper's toll, shael'd (yes it does shatter a body very occasionally)
Kira's 70res with 15ias/10res all jewel = 80res
Upp'd eth GA, ral'd
With this setup he never dies; maintains 90% fire res through conviction

What a run looks like

Start off in beginning of a3 (I realize tping to a4 might be faster, but between load screens and having to vendor at ormus anyway, I don't mind the trek)
Id/vendor at ormus
deposit gold/items in stash
wp-> trav
walk to edge of steps, then teleport to where council mob is
decrep procs usually within 1st 3 merc hits. I WW.
If a different pack is in another room, teleport there and repeat
If there's just a single straggler, I just switch to baba and start horking, let merc finish off.
Pick up stuff and exit/reload.

GF/MF <- could be a bit higher with 2xmore gcs, but I pick up a lot of stuff so prefer to leave inv free

When klling 1080gf/175mf
When hork, 1835gf/357mf

This is with LoH. Avg gold per run=450k.
With Chancies, avg gold per run=420kish. Kill speed is about 1/3 slower, but I just don't like that I have to pay more attention to my life pool lol.

With this approach I only need to repair probably once every 10-15 runs. Merc can survive no problem, his function is to proc decrep and give might aura. Main advantages I see for me is again, a lot easier to play, a lot less micro. A lot less gf/mf while killing, comparable when horking. Potentially with the decreased timer, this build can be faster killing wise than the merc dps - Grief has ITD and -25% defense. Slightly less cost repairing and a lot less time spent going to repair. Just wondering if anyone has a more min/maxed version of the WW build and what their stats are?

Thanks in advance.
