i use a 3foh/3conviction/cleansing weapon on switch along with spirit sacred targe. sorry i didnt mention it in guide. i figured it was common sense for all vts lol xD

and i only use it once in a while. i cast foh 90% of the time with my grief out cuz its safer to not switch.

is archon plate still good to use, its higher defense, or should i use mage plate, because i alrdy have archon engima/coh

does it make a huge difference

i highly recommend using mageplate. because the thing is, while initially you have enough str for armors liek archon if you take off something (say ammy and boots) to wear sorb gear... suddenly you are left with 20 torch/20anni/25base stats = 65 = str glitch if you die

thats not a good idea because you never know when you get bm'd and nk'd and you need to s/e and when u do you lose half of you char due to str glitch

its practically the same thing and 100% safe to use

I was wondering if you could tell me if it is worth purchasing these gloves

They will be pretty expensive to buy because they are .07/.08 gloves. They have nice stats but lack the IAS and CB. I was wondering if this is a major blow to my V/t or if they would actually be a worthwhile purchase?

20ias is the most important part of the gloves. if you arent going to use 20 ias gloves you might as well use bloodfists or dracs lol

so to answer your question. no, dont get them

I am relatively new to melee classes and BPs but I thought as long as the grief pb was 35+ ias I would be at the BP?

when u get frozen with holy freeze you will lose a bp. the extra 20ias from gloves helps you keep it

do you think putting 1 point into defiance would be a waste, it seems with all the +skills it would add a nice defense bonus with holy shield

also say max lvl i get is 93, should i still go t/v

i might do 20 hs / 20 hs / 20 foh / 20 fantism / 1 salv / 1 defiance / 8 smite thats around lvl 94 or 95, but if defiance is a waste ill put the extra one in smite
