yeah but he just trolls health and fitness forums these days... ofc the only way you would know that is if you major troll there too :D


Ive trolled there a few times but I have never seen anything really usefull in there, mostly just a bunch of wanna be muscle heads talking shit

Lol I like live in h&f these days. If you trolled there you woulda seen my sexy pics ;)

There are some guys who know a ton of info and then ofc the usual trolls who know nothing.

I considered posting my pic there a few times but i didnt want to make all the kids feel inferior.... A man twice their age in much better shape than most of them are

Nah i'm still a 170 lb scrawn who's been working out for 5 months :D

Came a long way in that time though since I started at 150 and have been doing a clean bulk.

I dont work out for bulk anymore Im a past that stage after I tore my rotator a couple times. I just want to stay fit limber and tone. I do circuit training type workouts with medium wieght. 6'1 190# 34' waist 46" chest

Ah i'm 6' 170 somethin at this point 12% bf. Dunno my exact measurements though except a 32" waist. I made my back extra sore last week trying to do deadlift on a smith machine which apparantly is a bad idea lol so I had to take off last week. All better now and went again tonight but felt week :(
