Here to ask another dumb question. Using a shadow bow with lvl 14/15 Fanat, the last 2 IAS breakpoints are 29 and 65 -- correct?

I made one. It’s cool. More funny than fury wolf.
I use mat faith(2/3/15) instead shadow/diamond.I can’t afford 3x 40/15 jew. Mat faith is easier to get 7fpa.
