my only problem with this is all the pre-buff gear required, I mean it takes 1) FG 2)re-buff every game (or every 4-5 minutes depending on CTA for BO)
I had this and it got super annoying, so I swapped to a pure vit, 18.6k blizz sorc to just cannon things to death with blizzard + ice blast / Missles = G. Spike

If you don't liek prebuff, don't and put point in es.
