Hello,
At first, good job on the guide, it's clear.
It's a lot of works for sure. My first pvp char was a 200fcr sorc, brings back nostalgia... oh well.
If you can't accept criticisms, don't make guide buddy, everybody got their opinions. Maybe some ppl are trolls but i know some of them and they are good players with lof of experience in dueling.
9 years after 1.11, you can imagine that ppl tried lot of different builds, nothing really changed build wise.
Duel wise, pvp is more complex than in 1.11 for sure, even if nothing changed, by practicing ppl found new "stuff" etc. What ever, i wanted to say that there is probably player more experienced than you about dueling, you should maybe respect their opinions.
First mistake is to make a SvA guide when you are a SvS player, its like a guy making a NvA guide when only playing NvN... SvS/NvN are simple compared to other duels. Being the best NvN player doesn't mean you are the best Nec, at all.
I won't talk about your item choice, even if i think there is better build than that but i'm not rly into vita sorcs so. But i don't like the fact that you list every stats on your item (seems like show off and nobody care), you could at least explain what's the most needed stats andwhy. You could make different kind of gear like "cheap", "decent", "expensive" build, cause all players arent rich and thanks god pvp in this game isnt only based on items, you can do well with cheap.
And 1 setup vs all? I personally like to not change items cause i'm a lazyidiot but seriously ?..
About dueling strategies.. ouch, sorry there is some flaws.
Overall you know what you are talking about for sure, but it's simple, too simple, it can work for average players and pub dueling...but thats it.
No offense (thats not my point), but i think you have spent most of the time in pub and against average opponents.
When you say you can beat this kind of chars etc. It doesn't always mean a sorc can beat it but just you were better than your opponent.
You are a vita sorc, you die in what ? 4-5 hits in average ? it's a kinda "weak" char. There is a reason why best teams setup don't use sorc...
-About hdin, you die in 3 hits i guess. You right against desynchers. About tele style hdins, if you are only teleing they will chain you to death (harder with 200fcr ye ahaha well) you should walk if they are namelocking you, 1 step south to avoid hammer hit and fb at him etc. But take care, good hdins will try to blind spot if you are playing like that.
BUT a good hdin will try to smite -> foh -> tele -> hammer, if he can do it you are dead.
-Druid,"Windy druids are one of the easiest chars to duel against"how can you say that? I mean seriously ... you die in 2 nados as vita sorc ? It's not "so" easy as a druid with come on lol. When i read that i"ve the feeling you are rushing the druid xD...
Strategy is too simple, you could use meteor when you know druid will stomp or when he is chainlocking you at some point, you could also make "fb trains" and make the druid jump you, then he is instantly dead ye.
A good druid would recast cycl armor and bear after each hits, and he would never "suicide" stomp you, probably turning around making nados in your direction, forcing you to move and trying to chain you down. You can't rly outank a druid with bear oak cyclone with a vita sorc o_o...
-Javas, i don't talk about fc cause its shit. But tele style javazons will take you down in 2 hits, and it's easy for her to hit you when she is chaining with cs, she can hit from far (fc style).
"Tele close enough to see her on your minimap then tele away. Now you know where she is. Tele really quickly right on top of her and attack. You have to get the kill quickly or else she'll get you." Awesome advice actually, this is smth i always do. Just when you get out of opponent screen, you know you can be on him in 3 teles, you must be very fast to do that, you get kill by surprising opponent most of the time. Don't think you will outank a java with a fb sorc tho.
Anyway the kind of javas you are describing seems defensive, a good one will chainlock you non stop till death.
-Bowzons, ye, turn around her, fb'ing in her direction but out of multi range, and always move to avoid ga's. But well it's a vita sorc.. (yes its possible i know). You can also try "your little trick" as said above but don"t fail or if you fail tele out fast.
-Nec, " If he's being offensive and using Spear then wait til he teles at you to shoot, tele right behind him, and unload." Well nec will eat alive a vita sorc just by chainlocking with spear ... and EVEN if he sux at chaining he just could ibs you to death and force you to come near him (yes he got more range than you c_c..)
-Barb, lol.. sorry for me a vita fb sorc is considered as food or warm up. I would even just use zerk.
-Trapsins, i'm not a trap expert (nn i>all jaja qq), good trapsin will eat u alive... non stop chainlocking with mb/traps etc, even if you synch sorcs have shit fhr, even with wsg'ing you will suffer, with 174fcr setup seriously you got zero chance.
Just my opinion, take it as you want, i don't really care.
If people think they should be stickied than sticky. I think that was a test, and you should work again on it cause there is good things and flaws.
Regarssss
wow, idk where to start...
1st thing i will tackle, is again, the dueling section, its does state, that these tactics will not work for everyone, and vs every player, and that u will need to perfect ur own tactics, i simply gave a baisc underatnding of what to do, ofc ur right, some players are very gud, and will chain u round the moor all day, but i wasnt trying to cover that, obv as it wasnt mentioned... tbh, i svs more then i sva, but as u can see i do have a mb setup, and i find myself in pubs often enough to have a say about sva, i agree with, im more of a Svs player, but ofc i Sva, and i do it well...
seriously though, if u guys dont like my dueling section, simply cruise over it...
Or, I like what this user did, and he gave his own dueling tactics, and made suggestions, t4t
about the whole giving a "Budget build" option, this is not a budget build, and simply put, the build will not work with budget gear...
its all in or broke...
e. no where in my guide did u suggest 1 setup vs all, and imo, this will not work, not with this build, you will have to gear swap, for vs certain opponents, sadly
if u have questions, this would be the place to ask, as apposed to what 90% of the users did, and simply flamed, or said rude things (Penis over, and over)
