for the people who thinks you can cast 2 skills at the same time: this is not what i ment
and indeed mixing casting skills (with the same mechanism) is useless

the interesting part is when you mix 2 different skills, like smite and teleport
this allows you to tele at insane speed. (smite's fpa):

so what if i combi blizzard with teleport for exaple ... I cast turbo speed blizzard then? without delay?
