1) Don't max defiance....that's just ludacris. I have 10 points in holyshield on ym V/t and barbs even with high def don't touch me.
2) Instead of defiance, max Vigor for the huge charge dmg boost, if you're going to be V/C settup anyhow.
3) If this is a GM character get rid of Drac's...if you wear Drac's you might as well wear an exile the whole time. You'll need it with only 4.5k life.
4) All of that sorb is NOT necessary...make stack shields (202 lit/cold, and 85fire/+15max). That will suffice. Then all u need is tgods and snowclash.
5) FHR is not needed on a smiter who knows what he's doing. You should be either CHARGING or SMITING. Smite is uninterruptible and charge is relatively the same.
6) Trash that shitty Vortex shield and use a S-Targe..best block AND average damage.
I've got so much more...but it's not really worth posting. Here's a link to my V/t guide. Apply the concepts for smite to your own smiter build. And PLEASE DON'T STAT DEFIANCE OTHER THAN FOR PREREQ....
