Actually... the 200fcr gives you almost no ability to switch gear, no tank = fail.
ALSO 200fcr means less skill points into battle orders which defeats one of the main purposes of a singer barb

the main purpose of singer barb is to stun opponent and keep him in fhr lock while you do damage and/or your teammates killing him.

You will never lock half decent char with good fhr bp. If you can lock that mean you are dueling only noobs with 20fhr.

even 200fcr does not allow you to lock anyone and good char with good fhr will escape from you.

btw i don't say 200fcr is good i just say this char sucks vs good opponent.

then why sacrifice the + like 10 to bo, and the ability to sorb, and or get max block? you minus so much life it would be pointless, and you said it urself in the bolded area

yes, it does not allow to lock anyone but it allows you to lock more opponents - you can lock opponents with 1 higher fhr breakpoint.

Your contradicting yourself buddy :), you can stunlock anyone if you know how to duel my friend. Your making me repeat myself here :/
