Is a btal using fber w/ pdr 105fcr good? Is it good enough to tank BvCs?

DR isnt very effective with a high % es because it doesnt work with your mana in the same way resists dont, so i need to know more about your sorc to answer your question with confidence, but im quite sure that yes, its good enough, you should be able to own a bvc as long as they dont sorb and have like 75 resists.
