btw charge is best attack: damage, movement, 2k fhr (it just can't be affected by stunning like mind blast) and also nice for knockback+stunning enemy to come close

Smite ITD's (95% chance to hit) regardless of the weapon..... However technically, ITD does not work in pvp. THough I've heard the -25% does :]

here's what I do know

I don't THINK it would have any effect on smite, the ITD of course not, and as for the -defense, doesn't matter, smite doesn't calculate defense vs. ar.

As for anything that DOES calculate these two factors, the -25% from eth doesn't take the defense they see and subtract 1/4 of it, it subtracts 25% from it as in: shout bonuses, holy shield bonuses, defiance bonuses, iron skin bonuses, etc. etc. etc. So really, - target defense isn't as good as some crack it up to be.
