Looks like a fun build, I might try it some time

Lo or ber would be a bad choice because they only increase the physical dmg, which is crap on this build. Um or poison facet would be best I think (maybe it's worth using shael in bow and other gear with ias to try and make the bos redundant, then you could use fade for more resi and dmg reduced. I was thinking a 60resi/60ias armor with life or whatever you prefer and some gloves with 20ias, knockback and other nice mods. You can use bramble runeword and trang gloves and venom claws and shadow helm for precast. With max venom and shadowskillers, the duration of venom will probably last untill you die and have to recast anyway. 15/15 jewels aren't cheap though and I don't think many people would spend that much on a build that is basically for fun and not for owning cookie-cutter characters. But there's also the cheaper possibility to just use 15ias jewels and lose 60 all res.)

Gores: only the open wounds would be usefull on it, the rest of the stats don't help a lot or are inferior to shadow dancer's stats. The only advantage I can think of is the lower str req.

I never tried this build but I would rather put 1point in shadow master and max wake of fire, than max shadow master and put one point in wake of fire. I don't really believe that there is such a thing as a "powerfull shadow master" that can kill a good duelling char (or even hit anything that has a high defence) If anyone can actually prove to
me that this is incorrect by posting some statistics, I will gladly retract this statement:) (this does not incluse comments such as: zomg ur so n4ppy, my shadow master r teh pwnzor)

I'm not 100%sure about this but I'm pretty sure blade shield doesn't add any poison dmg. Besides, the physical dmg on it is total crap too. It looks pretty cool, that's about it...

This build leaves much room for discussion on how to put the skills. You can choose to add light traps, fire traps, claw block, high lvl shadow master, wwing, kicking, almost anything. However: there are some musts in this build too. Max venom (obviously), max or atleast high lvl burst of speed/fade depending on your gear choice and also max or atleast very high lvl mind blast. Using a bow makes you pretty vulnerable. Your only defence is running (if you choose bos) or stacking res and dmg reduced (if you choose fade) but this does not compare to having high defence and block
when using a shield. Therefore it is vital for this build to keep your opponents stunned with mind blast and being able to sneak in some arrows (and maybe traps) It's pretty simple: you need your lvl of mind blast as high as possible. Your fcr helps too, but it takes some sacrifices to get this high enough: amu and helm are not really a problem. A helm with +2assa skills, 20fcr, 30frw and some other nice mods owns shako (especially if you use fade and verdungo/bb to get your dmg reduced high enough) but it is also very expensive. If you ditch the 30frw you can get one pretty cheap though. Finding a crafted amu that owns maras isn't hard either. The only serious loss is the +skills shako and mara give for bo. An arach or good crafted belt are also options to boost your fcr, but I am on Europe scnl and I would choose
bugbelt over them any day! So basically you are at around 35 fcr (20from helm and let's say 15 from amu) This isn't enough if your mind blast lvl is too low (less stun duration= more fcr needed to keep your victim locked) so you will also need to use fcr rings. That's a shame because you lose +skills and life from bk, and the ability to put on some absorb vs really strong opponents. So in conclusion: maxing mindblast is the best option imo:) you'll have plenty of skill points left for other skills you might want to use.
