great guide. excellent for cheap tal mf build. Can this be used as lghtning?

Yes Tal sorc can be used for Lightning.

Lose the mf rings and get FCR rings with good mods
35% FCR Spirit is needed
To save 30 points to vita, you could use str items (Pamethysts and Fal) to add str to build

Infinity merc of course.

Had a tals light sorc in HC last season, did very well.

You know, I never really thought about it before tonight, but after viewing this guide a few times, you could make a very affordable and efficient Meteorb sorc with this set-up. I mean, of course it wouldn't be the BEST, but Frozen Orb would definately benefit from that +15% cold damage.

has anyone noticed how the skill points dont add up..jus maxing all the coldspell will need 100 skill points and max points u will ever get in this game is 112 and thats at lvl 99 with all skill quests completed.
