And heck, I'm planning to go 65/57 just for that one little bit of flexibility over 65/47.
Actually, if I wanted to go as far as I can with flexibility, I would go as far as 65/70, but the setup for that (CoA + FCR rings + tri res boots) doesn't happen that often.

At lvl 90, an Elded SS will require 186 dexterity for maximum block. With Torch, Anni and Arreat, that is down to 126. With Angelics, that's down to 116. Now, the best you can do is use EBotdZ and get it down to 86.
However, with the way mcm did his BvC (63/57), you could reach 62% block with Grief or 75% with EBotdZ. However, this requires Ravenfrosts, Arreat, Elded SS, Hsarus. And due to the low FCR in this setup, it's not going to be useful. However, you can make a 40% FCR setup that has 43% PDR, Grief and 68% Block.
