Ok I understand what the mistake you are making is now. No, the thing is, double throw lacerators do more damage than whirlwind, in this case. Thats the difference. I can kill them without ever having to get into melee range. If I feel ambitious, I can try to sneak in a potshot, but I wouldn't risk it usually. Lacerators on their own deal so much damage they actually can kill BvB's, without any assistance. Look at it this way:
500-4500 throw damage
~50% deadly strike
33% chance of amp.
Against a barb with 50% DR, if I land a 4500 damage deadly strike'd amp'd axe, thats the equivalent of a 'regular' 27000 damage whirlwind, which is really, really ridiculous. That is to say, a 27000 damage whirlwind would do:
27000 * 0.17 (pvp penalty) * 0.50 (50% DR) = 2250 HP
4500 * 2.00 (deadly strike) * 0.17 (pvp penalty) * 1.50 (-50% DR) = 2250 HP
Compare that to say a 5000 damage whirlwind that only takes off 420 HP?
Of course, this requires a great deal of luck, since in the worst case scenario, I do 500 damage with no amp or DS. So its very inconsistent; I might take off 1/50th a barbs HP in one hit, and 1/2 in the next.
Ok I understand what the mistake you are making is now. No, the thing is, double throw lacerators have limited quantity WHILE bvb barbs have maxblock AND high def. That makes that calculating of yours pretty much worthless if you ask me

(its just a theorycrafting IF you land a lucky hit and cast AMP, then you will have to land another hit do deal that "huge" dmg)
You completely forget that it wont stay only 1 hit in 1 ww from a bvb barb, since you have no block.
The odds to win vs a bvb barb with a doublethrow barb using warshrikes are just too low to actually be discussed here.

hehe true.
but nobody uses 2x warshrikes, they'd only use them in tandem with lacerators, so it sort of implied u mixed them.
But if you DO have a 3x wield exploit let me know
I can do many things, just like this:
