im currently making an es blizzer on east nl using this guide as a base
some gear will be switched up due to precast being bm on east
but all in all i think it gives a good starting point for anyone looking to making a nice es blizzer

does es need to be 95 % ? only 3 to es its the best , not max?

you shouldnt need to switch any gear ; infact you can only change blizz ormus to es ormus. the rest will be the same.
also, you'll have to put 20 pt in es instead of 5 and that is.

lol that acutally is my gear change is just to an es ormus
but im curious as to how the damage will be at say lvl 93 with a full 20 points into es
i was acutally thinking of getting about 90% es instead of full out 95%

Well I think It is very important to hit 95 % es, moreover on blizz sorc, since you'll have total crap res, 0%rd etc

well i tested it out
at lvl 92 with 95% es i hit 7k blizz
and with 85% hit 11k blizz
im still doing a fair amount of testing with this on east

basicly what im aiming for is 10k blizz with a decent es%
i know at super high lvls its possible to tag very close to 10k with 95% without precast
but i want to see if this is possible to do at the lvl 92-93 area

basicaly, with 90 % es you'll may hit 10 k at lvl 96~
