D2 is old, move on

A user had PM'd me about telebowas and plague javelin builds
I responded with my best knowledge and felt this was worth sharing:






Amazons have the absolute worst FCR breakpoints in the game
No matter what you do, all other classes will be able to run you over in a tele stomp *catch me* match, even if you use tmc
A potential 152% FCR for 11 frame is just not fast enough to do the same sort of fancy footwork that a druid or nec can do *as example*

I honestly would not suggest using any telebowa builds unless you plan on BMing with tmc mod
It's just too difficult to manage proper IAS vs FCR with the gear given to amazons
But if you insist on giving this a shot, here is how I would do it with a GM setup:

STR: Just enough to wear gear
DEX: Just enough for max block
VITA: Pump
ENG: Clearly None

1 - Jab (This is important vs aggressive trappers and in ZvZ, it also kills the shit out of BM summon necs because it's uninterruptable and targets under summons)
1 - Lightning Bolt (Cannot be blocked and surpasses defense)
20 - Poison Javelin (Faster cooldown than plague but not as powerful)
20 - Plague Javelin (Much stronger than poison javelin but time it well. This is also used best as a defensive measure, nothing will want to stomp you if you stand in plague poison cloud)
1 - Lightning Fury (Still your primary attack when it really boils down to it, due to it being physical damage and it's ability to surpass defense rating)

1 - Multi Shot (Base 1 will be enough, this build will be rocking plenty of +skill gear)
15 - Guided Arrow (Base 15 is mostly for the reduced mana cost, it's important to preserve mana for fury tossing and multi shot)
1 - Strafe (Base 1 is enough to easily gun down weak casters with no block and bad fhr. This is also very useful against trappers on their approach, to kill the shadow quickly)

10 - Critical Strike (Base 10 will be enough due to high +skills on this build and she won't need Deadly Strike at all)
1 - Dodge (Again the +skills will raise this to it's optimal gain)
10 - Avoid (Very important because she'll be doing a lot of stationary teleporting)
10 - Evade (Also very important because she will still need to do a lot of running and wsging)
Extra Points ~ Dump in to Valkyrie (The Valkyrie will be like your clay golem on a nec or summons on a druid. Due to Valk's gaining dodge % from your skills, she'll be a tank and really help protect you from stomp attacks)



Between these three weapon swaps, you should be able to ZvA against any common D2 builds Your CTA will be cubed in inventory

Matriarchal Faith ~ (You'll need to use this for the 45% IAS to 7fpa, which is ok because most of your damage will be rattling off death charge plague javelin anyway. This is mostly to grab the kill)
Rare Ethereal Javelins with high physical damage and javelin skills + Stormshield ~ (You will still need this)
Wizardspike + Spirit ~ (To boost FCR when you do not need DR% and someone is smart enough to avoid Plague Javelin entirely. Blizzard Sorcs will be a threat)

08 Valk
Enigma & Bramble (You'd be able to stand still rape barbs and certain other builds hard with amplified Plague damage) I would also stlil stash a Fortitude
Arach (I would still stash a Dungo though, for times when standard bowa style may be better)
Trang Gloves (fcr and 20% poison dmg is much more important than IAS here) I'd still carry Cleg's for knockback as well
GSpurs (for triple res) or War Traveler as standard

Cat's Eye & Highlord's (You'll need both)
Ravenfrost
BK Ring (This will be swapped for 80/20 sorbing)

~ 80/20 & BM Gear in stash
Dual Wisps
Dual Dwarfs
T-Gods
Hotspurs

Torch/Anni
7x + Javelin GCs with vita
12x 5 all res SCs with vita
Save 4 slots for Cube BO and the ability to alternate the javelin in and out with the wizardspike as you see fit
You'll have plenty of room in it for a Mara's, extra BK (for buffing) and 3 slots to alternate the javelin in and out with the spike


All in all, this build would let you switch between between, telebowa with plague to fast cast telebowa and back to standard on-foot bowa when needed

i would relate this to spam being it's a zva with lvl 1 multi

and you tell people to hard max avoid/evade/crit when they won't actually gain another % lol
and even if they use a cta, shako, circlet, etc... they gain just 1% and have to spend 4 points which could go into multi
