You might be right about some things, but you're dead wrong about a walking melee-ranged char fighting a 1-screen-ranged teleporting char, saying its easier for the 'melee to hit'
See it this way - you need to land a lucky hit with lacerators to proc AMP on a bvb barb. You STILL have to come close and whirl him to be able to deal any dmg on him. And as long as you are about to trade ww vs ww - it does not matter if bvb is amped or not - you wont block any of his hits while he will block 75% of your hits (lets forget the fact that bvb barb will deal waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more dmg than your dmg_crippled_rescharms_using bvc)
As I said - no matter how you look at it - warshrikes barb wont be able to do a shit vs bvb barb, whatsoever.
What will you do when you warshrikes quantity is down? Tele away and wait few minutes till they replenished?

No. If you assume it the way you do - then you have to assume that I was using all 3 of them at same time
