how are there so many more uber rares dropping this ladder ??

like visionaries etc ..

is it due to more prolific and sophisticated botting ??

is blizzard letting these items spawn more often now ??

or is it due to something more sinister ??

proper mass botting + not to mention their bots are probably very sophisticated too, as in what to pick etc
