soo i tried building this zon over the weekend, and one problem is with the following gear setup, her resists are stupidly low:

3soc tiara of the magus with 15/40s
atma's
faith
enigma
LoH
raven
razortail
10fcr dual leech ring (one of the only sources of resists)
war travs
18/18 zon torch
18/20 anni

fine grand charms of sustenance/vita
9 shimmering small charms

even with the 9x shimmering small charms, my resists are dogshit low, only poison is capped. how do you guys work around this?

Hey! Zons do NOT need any resist!

Have played some runs with her? Are you having trouble staying alive?

Did you put enough vitality for 800 life?

sometimes a lightning enchanted unique will chunk me, but i suppose the leech is good enough for the most part.

what about for pvp? im assuming you swap out loh, razortail, and atma's for a 2/18 with res. is that enough when facing casters?

Imho good to have some reasonable fire (vs diablo, especially if you play hybrid) and light (to not be dead after one lighting from souls). But anyway, low res is not a huge problem.

Yes you need to keep shooting. Never stop shooting. Zons just need enough life to keep the pool filled up.

For pvp it's the same, you use frw 11 res or 5fhr 11 res or life 11 res charms for different opponents. That's all you need. I don't know why people spend like 10k on tri res boots to be honest. I pvp with telebowa and walkzon.

I main telebowa in NL for pvp. Have been doing that for months. Then I decided to get a walkzon on Ladder to learn the basics of zon pvp. Then I realized they both have pros and cons!

Walkzon is extremely tanky and much higher dmg. It's been an eye opening experiment.

Forti does help with its +30 all res.

How much resistance does your ring have?
You can also use second rare ring instead of raven, have 4 thawing potions,
idk about you but i very rarely even have to use them.

I myself use 2 rare rings with +30 cold +30 light res (one also with 4/9 and 12 str, and the other with 4max 15dex and mana leech).

Suggesting Fort over Enigma in this case sounds like a really weird idea don't you think?

I didn't sugest using Forti, just mentioned its +res helps in that matter.

90% of that quote was about telebowa and a genuince advice (which actually can fix the problem of low res)
Atma & LoH take care of fire & poison res, and 1 rare ring can give up to 41 cold & 41 light res (with +11 all res)

You did mention it and anyone could have taken that as a suggestion which is an impossible suggestion to use as a telebowa. Not sure what you were trying to do other than using as a telebowa.

Low res is NOT an issue for any bowzon so taking off raven for another resist ring is a terrible idea. And no you can't run the character without Cannot be Frozen.
