the requirement for cannot be frozen depends on what weapon you're using. 4 frame weapons never need cannot be frozen. For 5 frame weapons it depends on the weapon base and speed. If you're using an ebotdz which has 60ias on weapon, your werewolf lvl needs to be at least 31 when paired with highlords ammy which gives an additional 20ias off weapon to not have to use a raven frost or cham rune. you can play with the different weapon bases and werewolf lvls on the d2 weapon speed calculator. checking the decrepify button will show you how being frozen effects your attack speed.

Angelics with botdz seems to do ok in absence of a fools. Make sure to use 20 ias gloves or bfists with a 40/15 in helm.

I thought ias from gloves doesn’t apply to fury?

It does if you are chilled.

If you use the German weapon speed calculator, check the “decrepify” box since decrepify does the same slow penalty as being chilled. This way you can check what level werewolf needs to be and how much oias you need.

To clarify, since my account was stolen by D2Profit (https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1125550), I've had to get a bit creative to be able to duel. I've found a lot of success with Enigma (yes Enigma!) with Angelics and Botdz. Gface vs other Druids, Cere vs Paladins and Barbs.
