what do mean by "we"? I skimmed over this topic and it seems most of the top barb players today are not using grief and reaping the rewards.

When I was active too, I used to beat all barbs on europe on my druid that used grief, I came across tudey and his build once and it was considerably more challenging

It's worse, end of story. tudey is wrong about how ED is applied.

Anecdotal evidence is really convincing bro, when the vast majority of D2 theorycrafters acknowledge that the character screen falsely displays the damage.

Dude seriously.... if ED% was applied before the 400 dmg, Grief wouldn't just be worse than EDC, it would be ABYSMAL. It would be worse than a goddamn Azurewrath, by a LONG shot.

Yes, I did.

However, his Grief numbers are wrong.

I ask again, if the +400 damage is applied after ED%, why isn't Grief one of the worst weapons in the game? The damage outcomes, after pvp penalty, would never reach over 200. This is solid proof.
