He stated it is either "Entirely unblockable or entirely blockable" he made no comments about level requirement, thus giving only two options and contradicting his then descending posts.

Either way, he has no argument against whether or not I can kill him in pvp, which is what this was all about.

fact is he was never wrong about the skill. it was a tricky question, and you failed to answer it, that's all. dunno why you think he was wrong.

Rather I answered it partially so you can't really say I was wrong either, now can you? lol
