You realized I was right on the physical aspect and backed out and tried desperately to find an alternate answer so you pulled your hair out and went to a skill calculator in hopes of a way to get out of your flawed logic. I however am not denying that I didn't know you could have 100% conversion. You are in denial however.

Nevertheless you still think this has something to do with pvp, it does not. and knowing cold arrow has a conversion of 100%+ at a specific level, isn't going to help you in pvp in the slightest.

What does cold arrow knowledge, have to do with my ability to pvp, or kill those in pvp? When cold arrow is generally a pvm skill used by low levels?
