You are trying to tell me that your lacerators can do a shit vs 30+k def 75% block barbs which are designed to kill other barbs using 75% block WHILE you have nearly no chance to block?
Yes. Because if they run, thats 0 defense & 25% block. If they only walk (we're talking fort barbs here), then what? I've got maybe 15k AR vs their 30k defense & 75% block. Thats something like 1/8 chance to hit them, am I right? Well, thats 1/8 chance for me to hit them on every attack, and a single lucky axe can do the equivalent of 25k damage (4.2k + ds + amp). So sure, a BvB can strap on his teleport from enigma, but he'll still have difficulty hitting me. Hes got a slower teleport, less mana, and no leap. If I outplay him, I can keep teleporting/chucking axes, and if I'm fast enough to avoid all his telewhirls, I'll eventually win, because those 1/8 chance to hit axes will eventually get that '1' out of 8, and bam, some amp damage, deadly strike & open wounds later, hes dead and I'm alive.
I'm not going to tell you its easy, and I'm not going to claim I have any sort of advantage over a BvB. But the difference is, its possible. Its an extremely hard duel, and the hardest possible matchup for my char. But unlike a BvC, it aint an impossibility. A BvC simply can't beat a BvB, because in order to damage him, they both are in whirlwind range of each other. With a bvc/thrower, I
can out range them. Hard duel? Yes. Extremely Hard Duel? Yes. Impossible duel? No. Thats the difference there
