no, you have too much dr and no deadly strike. If you are using ss as a shield (im guessing you are using this because tap isnt allowed or you are vsing druids/barbs?) then you shouldnt be using Coa. With that build you should swap out the Coa for an 80/30 visionary and swap out the botc for edc, you will do much better.

you need 113 ias for that weapon ..

so thats the least of what youll need ..

Yeah just checked it's 113 so it's not worth building a setup around that wep.

funny tho for 5 frames you only need 30 ias ..

you could make it happen ..

but you would need a 2x 4015 armor and helm and 20 ias gloves ..

the build would be aweful tho ..

what if i use that wep with 20ias gloves, highlords, CoA with 2x 40/15, and leviathan with a 40/15? will i still not hit the bp?

Yeah it would hit it and I already thought about levi but the setup wouldn't really do to well imo with that wep. Doesn't hurt to try it though.
