Will lvl 21 conviction break fire immunity ? Considering the still high fire resistance of monsters in hell (after immunity break) ... will lvl 21 enchant be enough to still kill them ? I'm quite doubtful.

P.S. How come conviction is allowed, although it is an offensive aura ?

non OP offensive auras are allowed, OP auras aren't. Such as - holy fire / holy shock / holy freeze.

if you're so doubtful, do it in open b.net to find out

Why Holy shock yes and Thudnerstorm no ?! They're both light damage, only difference is that you have to cast TS every now and then, while HS is just switchable.

Holy Fire- Effect: Periodically does Fire damage to nearby enemies. Solo-aura buff. We will use much larger-scale ones. Allowed but pretty useless.

...

Holy Freeze- Effect: Periodically slows enemies nearby. Mimic of Holy Fire, therefore same reference. Allowed.

Holy Shock- Effect: Periodically does Lightning damage to enemies within a radius. Third twin to the Holy-Damage auras. Same reference. Allowed.

I read exactly what you wrote. <_<

They're allowed because of their minority damage. They're not allowed because of their essence as being OP.

I don't get where you're confused ^_^

Example:

In a4-5 norm they would deal damage, hence not allowed.

In a3+ nm/hell the damage would negate, so they're allowed since no damage is being made, hence my "useless" comment.
