cause tienje made a mistake in his guide.
not to say the guide is flawed really, still the most solid guide around but ya, count up your fcr and you don't need a fcr craft amulet to reach 102 bp

fcr ring + shide was popular on w/s sins on east
10fcr safety craft is "optimal" for d2pk type realms w/s block builds but they don't really exist on bnet due to no one crafting them.
15fcr crafts for valk c/c users, 17+ fcr crafts for griffons c/c users.

on a side note there are no 12+ crafts, just 5-10fcr caster crafts, 10fcr non caster crafts, and 15-20fcr caster crafts

does it mean that if i use circ with only 1 soxx and i sock it with 15/15 then it is still not enough???

Indeed it does. You need 42 IAS total with fade to achieve 9FPA trap laying.
A better way to get 9FPA when using w/s is to use hoto and BoS. Try that out.
