so if you didnt have to use enigma for the strength you could use forti for example. Or mby replace one of the ber runes in coa with something usefull if your gonna use enigma anyways.
where did you get 30 DR from? 2 x ber waste COA :D?
enigma is FRW/ED aswell, not to mention the free socket from Coa for a 40ed/20life for example
iso style coa like mine : 14dr/30@res/2sockets + Ber+ 40ed/20 life. therefore not wasting a single point of DR

AR for casters will make you hit maybe 1-3% more or something, which converted after block is really negligible, obviously i wouldnt deny that stat but i'd take 8min/increased res over AR in that situation really, as the 8min with tombreaver is alot of consistent increased damage. or at least 20+ str (possible with str/dex/res?) for more ED?
anyway, i dont rate AR highly vs casters on a ring, as really most casters you are aiming to get a rabies hit anyway, which you wont get enough chances to land to notice the difference between 92% chance to hit and 95+%
