Did ias breakpoint changed with 2.4?

Strafe is a boring ass skill and broken. It shouldn’t auto aim in PvP. I say that as a Zon player. Will probably be a banned skill in gm with the buff.

I was testing it in pubs last night and just not fair vs casters at all.
