And also my proof of me dominating Legit Dueling/ PvP East and having people who were bullies to other users literally STOP posting there from the humiliation and nobody not one single person out of over 80 top duelists I've destroyed has been able to post more s/s of them killing me than I did to them PROVES I don't need to know about "basics bro" other than breakpoints and my hammer going in your face, anything else is not worth my time.

How is it basic knowledge that if a shield inherently has 75 BLOCK a 10 ICB ammy wouldn't help it, seems OP honestly and not something Blizzard would Implement to be honest.

But it's ok, was almost sure of the question I was asking, wanted to be 100% sure as websites don't directly tell you, I bought a 5k FG ICB ammy (Top ICB on east in circulation right now) so I needed to know this for CERTAIN as I poured $3000 into my sorc.
