He clearly stated that he doesnt play necro, so ofc he would lose on a char he doesnt use vs a good char

The only thing that should be stopping anyone from playing 63 over 37 is ping. You hardly sacrifice anything to get such a huge benefit.

A one-frame improvement in teleports is hardly a "huge" improvement, but in very high-level dueling it can give a very slight edge.

At any normal dueling skill level (such as what I assume your skill level is), 37fcr is more than reasonable. 63fcr only creates an advantage if your skill level is able to exploit its benefits.

how about you test both of them and use the on that feels better instead of causing all this hate here

the shorter the reaction time of the opponent (time between he see baba tele ontop of him and the first ww-hit)

''afterframe'' starts before next cast/attack can be made
you can click ww when tele action frames start

37fcr = 2''after frames'' tele + 4action frames ww = 6frames
39fcr = 3''after frames'' tele + 4action frames ww = 7frames

there are some self called pros who build their chars and play them in only one particular way and negates everything else...
then theorycrafters come .. some more, some less clueless... and we have a war;)

I personally stick with 0 fcr (yeah lol) cuz my ping is so high that I even have problems to do 1 telestomp with namelock
cuz I have so big delay that an opponent gets out of lock before my barb actually perform a teleport;)

Altho on good connections I usually stick with 37fcr vs all and 63 vs particular fast'n badass motherfuckers (mainly vs necs)

In conclusion - since getting 63 fcr doesnt hurt that much for a barb it's good to have extra fcr setup in stash but most of the people
should feel comfortable with 37
