I have a few suggestions

instead of crown of thieves couldnt you wear a 3os barb helm with +bo / +find item then 3x lem it?

same gold find + much lower str req (= more life) and +bo (even more life) and +find item (= more gold)

seems much more logical to me

or you could use a(n) jewelers / artisans tiara / diadem of wealth / greed (greed=25-40, wealth = 41-80) and 3xlem it creating a maximum

hold your breath

230 goldfind as opposed to 150

not to mention the greatly reduced str req
