you also state: 60 ias with claw + wsm and 15 ias from equipment. (63 ias is the bp for 9 speed trapping)
now, do you only need 63 ias for one claw or both claws to achieve 9 speed trapping? from your guide, i believe that you only need one claw to reach 63 ias. (in your trapper guide, you recommended a 7fhr jewel in a -30 wsm wp.)
You recommended for me to shael and 15/15 my feral trap claw.
I currently have 2 trap claws: 1 feral and 1 greater.
Should I: 15/15 x2 in my greater and 7fhr/15/15 my feral?
or 15/15 x2 in my greater talons and shael/15/15 my feral claws and wear treks for the fhr.

Only primary claw IAS determines trapping speed.
With -30 and -20 wsm claws, you're going to need 63 ias.
with -30 and -30 although, you'll only need 42
