im pretty sure if you maxed holy shield rather than blessed aim you'd have a better build.

holy shield adds more dmg to smite, which is really important considering your smite dmg is probably fairly low with just 1 in hs and 1 in smite.

you can supplement charms to bump your ar high enough (my build hit 14k charge ar). considering you'll be smiting high defense characters anyways (barbs namely), ar wont matter vs them but dmg will!

pheonix > hoz 4 smite guys lol!! if u really need to use a shield it should be phenoix. most duels its more fun to use a pike fort rends etc.. u will kill ppl instantly with your godly 30k charge damage. when u need to smite keep fort pheonix on cuz it DOES add to damge test it for your self instead of saying it doesnt work.

How many points were you able to put into Vitality? None of the gear adds to strength, and you don't hit a good FHR breakpoint. What about dual stat gloves with some IAS or FHR, and a good +18-20 str melee ring (leech, AR, min/max dmg)?
