delayed skill(hydra/blizz/foh/xx) castrate = action frame + delay

z works. it's more comparable to smash64 anyway, where l-cancelling reduces lag to zero (and not by half).

anyway it's a very simple concept, the action frames are the frames where the move comes out, and afterwards is the cooldown/lag frames (both add up to the total frame animation time). having a faster animation frame is useful when firing spells/teleporting away but holds some drawbacks for telestomping.

Yep. Probably the most wide and useful thing to pick up from it is the different breakpoints. Because I can't imagine any good applications beyond trangs necros for canceling. We're not Rylai with a 2 second backswing ;)

the faster the missle, the bigger the gab between visual missle location and real missle location

Range - time of missile existance in frames


what means:
30lightning/20fireball=1.5
a lightning travels 50% faster as a fireball!

range
30*30lightning=900
20*50fireball=1000
1000/900=1.1111
a fireball travels 11% more yards then a lightning!


a delayed lightning is more fun as a delayed bone spirit!

i remember reading about this stuff long long LONG ago on the basin and some stuff on 101 (that may have been through pm's, idk for sure)

this is a lot more detailed than i recall seeing in one place though, lol.

One thing I don't understand/know is are there reductions of action frames above the maximum FCR for any given character class/skill used?
