Well the IK maul speed is WSM 10, so you need 70% ias or reach -60 weapon speed ON THE WEAPON. I thought that was clear enough. Offweapon ias still improve the speed of berserk and such.
Anyway, as long as you have 2 shaels or 2x 15ias or mixed socketed on your IK weapon, it's good enough.
