iff you would bother to read and understand it

these threads were never funny

I did make one small error.

I assumed shako added + 2 more to OS when infact it does not because +2 Druid skill from the pelt is =

I'm pretty sure shako still gives you more life. It doesn't matter though because this is a CLEAR analysis that eventually determines that Jalal's is better.

I will make this even more practical to understand for all who reads this.

The wind druid is so OP in pvp anyway that if you need to spend 300-infinity FG in order to attempt to compensate for something (which apparently you can't do anyways...)

just uninstall.

In order to calculate damage, calculate resistance, calculate % absorb, calculate absolute absorb (cyclone armor yay).

resist doesnt apply to cyclone armor or ES

when calculating dmg verse elements...

You take their (dmg/6) - CA (times the inversion of your upper limit resistance against 100 as a percentage) = dmg taken

if you want to figure out what happens when you have negative resistance, good luck figuring it out.

I never bother calcultion sorb, kuz i dont use it. So i can't help you there, but you can''t have sorb and 163% fcr on a +5 nado pelt druid.

absolute absorb is calculated AFTER resist and es lol x)

so 21k fb damage is after pvp penalty 3570 damage
if you have 75 fire res (np srsly) its only 892 damage
and now you have 2828 absorb from cyclone armor and thats 892 - 2828 = -1936
ez no life taken lol

the game mechanics dictate that your druids resistance doesn't apply to cyclone armor.

How can your spell get resistance bonus from your helmet?

Same reason the mod "% cast on attack" doesnt work for a sorc. Because she isn't attacking. The spell is attacking. The spell can't get the bonus. Skill adds work because the sorc is getting the bonus, not the spell.
