SH when are you going to quit that barb-wannabe-char and build a wwbarb? I know you're a secret barbfan =) Barbs have a huge advantage: they dont require any tedious prebuffing or recasting. Just go out and stomp ^^

You namelock with double throw while wielding botd+beast. That way your barb will do nothing except stand and keep the namelock. As soon as you press the hotkey for tele you land on top of the caster and they go "OMFG AA MORE CHEATER BLABLA CRYCRY!!!!".
(thx to throbbin-hood for this awesome strategy - making people cry somehow often makes me laugh =)
Another strategy is to be "slow" with your teleporting, so you land on top of the casters new position at the same time as he land there. You then have the advantage of a 4 fpa attack compared to a 7-9 fps cast (attack or tele away).
