In regards to this, onderduiker and TitanSeal have recently been posting what looks like a definite end-of-all-speculation on Frenzy speed.
See Posts in this topic (above) dated 10 Feb 2010 and later.
Majin: I want you to keep this in mind should you ever decide to repost.

In the end I had to translate the script myself, so I hope you will be able to understand it ^^
In addition, I've corrected my speedcalc (breakpoints only), but it may take some time until the new version is hosted at indiablo.de.
The correct formulas should be:
If the primary weapon is equipped in the left weapon slot:
WSM1 = WSM_primary + WSM_secondary - (WSM_primary + WSM_secondary)/2
WSM2 = 2*WSM_secondary - (WSM_primary + WSM_secondary)/2
If the primary weapon is equipped in the right weapon slot:
WSM1 = (WSM_primary + WSM_secondary)/2 + WSM_primary - WSM_secondary
WSM2 = (WSM_primary + WSM_secondary)/2
EIAS1 = [120*(OIAS + IASprimary)/(120 + OIAS + IASprimary)]
EIAS2 = [120*(OIAS + IASsecondary)/(120 + OIAS + IASsecondary)]
Acceleration1 = 70 + SIAS + IAS1 - WSM1
Acceleration2 = 70 + SIAS + IAS2 - WSM2
fpa_1 = {256*9/[256*Acceleration1/100]} - 1
fpa_2 = {(256*17 - fpa_1*[256*Acceleration1/100])/[256*Acceleration2/100]}
fpa = fpa_1 + fpa_2
greetings, titan
all this thing in here ja?

Shouldn't IAS1 and IAS2 in the Acceleration formulae read as EIAS1 and EIAS2?
what about this? confirmation or was the original post edited?
