Aside from all the squabbles, still, the poor mans build works and is the most affordable version I've seen.

A couple days later I still say clean it up to make it an easier read, and sticky the hell out of it.

there r few things i need to edit on the guide (the cats eye. i put 30 ias instead of 20)... maybe ill clean it up 2day

I would like a sticky of course ><, there r two other Uber Smiter guides sticked already, but they do differ from mine...
