Amp damage doesn't double damage taken by the enemy, it reduces there physical damage reduction by 100% so if someone has 0% PDR it would double the damage taken, however if the character has 50% PDR (like many builds try to accomplish) it would decrease to -50% which in essences triples the damage taken by the opponent.

Just a little FYI for future revisions

Also I've done better with MB necro

Thanks I didn't learn that till about last week -_-
I'll remember to change that in further posts if I ever repost.
