If he was dueling a dual wielding warcry barb, he would kick his ass because warcry can be blocked and damage reduced.
If a warcry barb with 200fcr tried dueling him, then his blocking/dr'd barb would simply block the first warcry and
kill the no block barb-- because 200fcr means no block, little DR, and probably not much hit recovery.
ALTHOUGH IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET A FHR BP WITH A DUAL WIELDING SETUP, IT IS SIMPLY NOT LIKELY
and wizzy gloves/fletch/gspurs are for nubs
