thats one of the worst setup i've ever seen. Maybe sounds good but completely useless.

Skill placement... dammit with 0 medi you can get much more dmg... i never use calculator just made all on my own but... something is wrong with it for sure. As i remember i got same dmg with 2 abs, medi and fana skilled...

sure, with foh and hammer scepters you can inflate your damages, but you won't be able to keep the same bp/stats as with the setups we have listed. the calcs report the absolute maximum damages you can have per given skill investment and equipment setup (it calculates all possible setups and returns the maximum damage), so i know its correct, and many people have vouched that as well.

that guy is defwhore-cuz-sux defined, he spends 99% of the "duels" off minimap healing with medi ("desynching" of course). still loses to barbs despite 3 times the effective life of other pallies lol

Yeah a good scepter can make a difference on dmg but getting one is a different story. Also these setups give the best balance interms of dmg and stack + dr, its no good have a maxdmg setup and ur build is like a glass cannon, i.e lack of dr + res. I too have been experimenting with scepters and find one with the perfect mods is far from easy.

I use this personally and sqash pretty much all other mages ive seen and pub duels due to the fact i have high dr + good stacked res at all times with medi off scepter ofc using a a holyshield scepter for cta scepter for bo.

And if i remember you run like 75% fcr on your build these builds run standard pure hammer fcr except for the fhr which i personally go through 48-86%.

Its my mage build ive used for 2 years.
It works great and can be easily modified to fit just about any situation.

Unlike dave's mage, mine usually uses 75% FCR. (i can go 125 easily too...but 75 has more Bp's met for me)
I like to be able to switch shields when needed to fully negate fire/lightning and even physical attackers.
