Hybrid Blizz/Chanter/Bow PVM
This build is just something possibly old, but i like to experiment with, built her for Hardcore, did very well, but died due to my stupidity leaving her in the open doing Hell baal & minions while on my zealer, died from lightning enchanted minion. If you are wondering why there is no IAS in this build, i just never really needed it, but you can add IAS jewel into Kuko bow and if your circ has 2soc, could also add 2 more in there to get 45% IAS. Not sure if you reach a bp with 45%, just thinking similar to most chars with a bow.

Remember, this is only what i have done, used for the last 2 seasons now, and works. Not a great build, but enjoyable all the same. I will be making another Hybrid using Lightning skill, but wondering whether chain lightning or something else. Anyway comment what you feel, or where you would make changes.

Stats
Strength: enough for items after torch/anni
Dex: same as strength
Vita: all
Energy: NONE

Items:
+5-6 Enchant Orb
Magefists
+3 Fire Ammy (mods that are good are: Str or Dex or All Res)
Spirit Monarch
Travs (or some other that you like, maybe Treks)
2x 3ll Bk Rings (you can go for soj, but i like more life in HC)
Arachs
+3 Fire Circ (mods again same as ammy)

Armors to choose from:
Enlightenment (cheap and easy to make)
Enigma (basically for added str and save skill point into Tele)
Chant Ormus, now this is best for chanting only
CoH (this is for +2 Skill and Res, which is very good if you intend to game with sorc)
Vipers: upped, um'd and 35Res (cheapest option)

Switch Items: (i used)
Kuko Bow (this is very good in groups, Exploding Arrow)

Skills: (now, remember that i chose to work on Blizz/Glacial Spike)
Max: Enchant, Fire Mastery and Warmth (the basics)
Max: Glacial Spike to Freeze all monsters that are immune to fire, i also added 1 point into Cold Mastery and upped Blizzard last.

Now the other skills i added only 1 point into, was Tele (used CoH) and 1 point into Static (which is basic for bosses like meph/Baal/etc)

Inventory:
9x Fire Skillers (note, you swap for cold after pre-buffing)
Torch
Anni
Small Charms: depending on your Res/Life/Mana, you can have 20lifers, or 5all res, Mana (note, all with mods)

Merc: (because i used Bow, i did not need Insight for mana)
E/Fort Armor
E/Infinity CA or CV
Vamp Gaze or Ral'd Andy's or Tals Helm or Shako

Please note that with the items that i have suggested with Enchant, you will get approximately 22 minutes of game time with enchant on you and your merc. Also you will have a 5.5k enchant, but your sorc will have 21-25k fire damage with bow.

It's neat for sure... I think once I dl some item packs I'm going to build this with zonfire on single player to test it with a few different variations to see if I can come up with something I like. I'm looking to start my first HCL character soon... and if this works out nice in my tests it may very well be my choice.

I found Glacial Spike to be the best defense vs Non cold immunes and the Exploding Arrows for Non Fire immunes.

I tested out a Light hybrid for chant, but I did not like the fact that I could not freeze packs, but then I did not give it more of a test as I was playing HC at the time, and testing in pvte games solo was not a good idea

Anyway, goodluck, I am sure you will like it, ohh by the way, you could use the XBOW variant with exploding arrows, since you reach ias bps really easy, only thing is the str req. Sorry i forgot the name of it.
