uh, well that's true too...but mostly i'm trying to find an ideal combination of mindblast + sm to get sm to mindblast the most.

just tested 20/5hard+2soft, got 46.

so far the +sm thing is kind of strange...+2 seems to help, but after that the more you add the worse it gets =/

20/3hard = 50 in 5 mins.

second test got 73.

i'm guessing that the reason there is so much variance with tests is because of the randomly generated gear: within a single test the results are fairly consistant, but each time i recast smaster it can change quite a bit. so i'll try doing more, shorter tests.

You've already figured out all you need to know haha. If you teleport master WILL cast mind blast.

can u write final resoults?
i heard that 2 points into mb helps alot more than 1 guess it was a rumor

no idea, that could be true but i've been mostly testing 20 pts mindblast (making a max mb trapper so that's the most relevant info for me).

here's all the tests so far...key is:
[20/1h = 4.5 (10)] means 20 points in mb, 1 hard point in sm (1s would be 1 soft point from claws), 4.5 mindblasts per minute over 10 minutes.

15/1h = 4.5 (10)
20/1h = 10.6 (10) 7.4 (10)
20/2h = 15.2 (10) 9.2 (10)
20/2s = 17 (10)
20/3h = 10 (5) 14.6 (5) 10.6 (3)
20/5h = 12 (5) 4.5 (5)
20/5h + 2s = 4.6 (5)
20/20h = 5.1 (10)

from now on i'll be testing on 3 minute intervals and recasting sm between tests, so his gear is changed each time.

20/20h = 6.6 (3) 7.3 (3) 6 (3)

ok, well it sure as hell looks like 20 points in sm, at the very least, doesn't help. it might actually hurt your chances to get mindblast. so all those idiots who said to pump sm on ghosts can suck my balls.
