I wonder how u keep alive because none of ur items doesn't give life tap right? And I suggest to put also 20 points to defiance. Synergy for Holyshield, more def, less dmg And imo instead of enigma u can use Ga what rises ur ress and tg:s what gives nice light absorb(uber meph do most of light dmg doesn't he?) and rise ur lightning ress. Also it gives 20 str and 20 vita and I prefer vizzy for wpn. Nice resses and u should get enough Crushing blow from Guillaumes face and Gores.. If u replace enigma and last wish with these u still have good smiter and its ALOT cheaper. But this is ur guide, not mine. I just wondered ur decissions x)

I get life tap from Lastwish And Defiance Is useless in uber you dont get any physical damage in there...

Defiance isn't useless - for the same reason Ragi has mentioned it above. Although meditation is fine since you want to be able to support hdins for
ut leveling, it is however not true that you don't receive any physical dmg in ut. Diablo's minions (the all-out elemental+poison immune venom lords)
do quite some physical dmg if he manages to spawn some of them, and high defense rating will certainly help avoiding most of their hits.

Sry, my mistake. Last wish gives life tap. I just didn't notice it when I look from arreat summit :S *blushing*. What about Lillith, Duriel and Izuel? Myself I kill those also with my smiter and imo they hit physically u.. :|

but life tap is like drinking so I dont see where is the problem?

I use Mp My self, but you can use bp,Mp and dusk if you want.
