Only thing I'd change is I'd use Dual Last wish PB's and use doubleswing as skill(gosu speed). Still ofc use frenzy to boost the speed a bit more and to get a nice running.

Since LW give less AR than Botd I would use a diffrent merc. The Blessed Aim one. With this merc you can achieve gosu mf and this setup i usually have on my mfbarb (goldfind/mf combined).

Eq: Stealskull(ptopaz)
eth/non eth 3sock tombreaver (3x ist) -> GOSU MF
Eth/noneth uped skullders

You'll loose speed coz no fanat but gain speed since doubleswing. With dual lw's you got 60-70% cb on each wep and the monsters will die VERY quick.

Also its nice you made the guide funny! Only guide I've seen on jsp that is better is the "comic" guide to ubers.
